I started off with Urban Jungle doing one-on-one personal training sessions because I was really unfit and had a bad accident a few years ago while working out. I was a bit apprehensive. That was almost a year ago and I’ve joined a morning group now and I love it. Heath has worked with me to build up my strength and my confidence. Our group is fun and always interesting. This is the longest time I’ve lasted doing any kind of regular exercise and it’s because our training is fun, interesting and effective. I started Sunrise Slammer intending to just do the one 6 week programme, however I enjoyed it so much that I am still going one year later! I love the variety in the sessions, as they are never the same twice. Heath makes it a lot of fun while at the same time being very focused on helping everyone get the best out of every exercise. Since most of the exercises are based on time intervals it is suited for people of all levels of fitness as you just go as hard as you, personally, are able to. I would (and have) highly recommend Urban Jungle PT to anyone looking for some motivation and a fun, energetic and friendly training environment. It can be hard, but it’s always great!

Heath’s training sessions offer more than just variety and motivation to improve your fitness. They provide friendship and entertainment as well. Heath knows exactly when and how to push you to improve yourself. His attention to correct technique, warm up and cool down shows a true dedication to safety as well as results. He is attentive to individual needs and provides challenging options to suit individual fitness requirements and levels. I have tried the traditional gym, personal training route before and never gained the results that I have in Heath’s classes. I would recommend Heath as a trainer to anyone regardless of their age or fitness level.
