Our Sunrise Slammer training program in Yokine will get you looking and feeling awesome in no time.
Being accountable to yourself (and to your trainer) is a great motivator, so we begin the program with your appraisal, where you will meet your trainer, have your starting measurements taken (so we can look back at the end and see how well you’ve done) and set personal fitness benchmarks.
You will train two or three mornings a week. Expect to sweat and grunt your way through the month, as your training will increase in difficulty as your fitness improves; you’ll be achieving things you never thought possible before you know it! We will motivate and encourage you to give every session your all (you’ll be stuffed, but you’ll feel amazing – that’s a guarantee).
Above all, you’ll have a good time: with our small group numbers, your teammates will become new friends as you all laugh, sweat and cry your way through your training.

With our small training group, there’s no escaping the watchful eye of your trainer (which means no slacking off!).
Location: Yokine Reserve (Bradford St entrance)
Training at Yokine Reserve will always be fun and challenging. With two hills to choose from, plenty of benches and poles to work with and a huge expanse of lush green grass, this training location makes for an awesome workout zone. There is also a large undercover area for training when it rains (no excuses!).
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Tuesday, Thursday
Time: 6-7am
The early start will leave you feeling fully energised for whatever the rest of your day holds in store!
Training operates on an ongoing monthly program rotation. As the programs are ongoing, you can join us at any time and just pay for the remainder of the current program.
We’ve tried to make our training programs as affordable as possible at just $16.50/session, with a free health and fitness appraisal at the beginning and end of your first program.
Payments can be made in cash, credit card or via direct bank deposit, after your first session or the start of the month.
We cap our Sunrise Slammer participant numbers, so it’s first in best dressed for this program. You need to register your interest to secure your spot, which you can do via phone or email.
Once you’re enrolled, we’ll shoot you an email or give you a call to arrange your initial health screening and give you all the important details.
