Bootcamps are everywhere these days, so we deliver the bootcamp that’s not a bootcamp.
Our training sessions are outdoors and we do (occasionally) yell and scream, but that’s where the similarities end. We don’t have a military background or theme; we don’t dress up in army fatigues, make you call us ‘Sarge’ or anything embarrassing like that.
It’s group personal training; we guarantee you a different awesome full body workout that will leave you feeling well and truly stuffed, but also energised and generally great – every time!
