All Urban Jungle clients undertake a health & fitness screening before beginning their training program.
This highlights your exercise and health history and helps us to assess your current fitness level.
When you register your interest we send you our health screening questionnaire. Simply bring your completed questionnaire to your first session and arrive 15 minutes early so that we can review your information and test your blood pressure before you train.
In some instances, a health & fitness screening can highlight underlying health concerns. We firmly believe in early intervention, so, if any health concerns arise, we will refer you to your GP for clearance prior to training. We see this as a giant step in the right direction for your ongoing health and wellbeing.
