Cupcakes contain roughly 150 calories each (90 if you’re having a mini). To burn this off, you’re looking at a solid (no slacking!) 17 minutes of circuit training with plenty of push-ups, squats and other strenuous exercises.
Enjoy your cupcake, but realise that you’re going to have to slog it out later to burn it off. Is eating that cupcake really worth the workout, especially with the knowledge that you’re not burning fat, you’re just paying for a treat?
